IMPORTANT: Deadline for Trainee Expense Claims is 31.01.14
Dear Colleagues,
The deadline for this year’s expense claims will be the 31st of January, 2014. This means all your expense claims (which includes your completed expense claim form, receipts and certificate of attendance) have to be in to my colleague Cel Hardy and I by the end of January.

School of Surgery Courses (Registration/Attendance/Old and New Website)
Dear Colleagues,
Just a quick reminder that if you registered for a School of Surgery Course on the old website you do not need to register again on the new website. Your place on the course is secure.
However, if you registered for a course on the old website and later find you are unable to attend, you do need to notify me at chad.elliott@southwest.nhs.uk so I can take you off the list and make your spot available to another trainee. Simply not turning up on the day is unfair to your colleagues.
I realise the website changeover has caused some problems/confusion and I do apologise for the inconvenience. Please feel free to email/call me if you have any questions.
