Overview
This two-day course is suitable for research active as well as newcomers to research in dental & oral health. Lecturers and speakers are eminent members of the academic and research community.
Designed to enable candidates to:
- review the literature and formulate a research question
- draft a research protocol
- understand the process of applying for ethical approval
- learn research methods applicable to clinical studies
- learn how to formulate a questionnaire
- learn how to prepare papers for publication
- learn the basics of statistical analysis of data
The course also carries 10 hours of verifiable CPD.
